Delivering your items

I will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. The cost of my standard delivery is included in the purchase price. I estimate it will take 3-5 days from receipt of your order to receiving your items, but this is often quicker. I use Parcel Force Express 48, with additional insurance to cover the value of the product. The Express 48 service requires a signature. Please see notes for the Christmas postage below.

Need it quicker

If you need your purchase quicker, please contact me first to arrange this. There are alternatives services I can use and I will do whatever I can to meet your needs.

Christmas post

From between the 1st and 15th of December 2023, I will post all items within one day of receiving your order, at no extra charge. My last Christmas postage day this year is the 15th of December.

Shipping abroad

If you are ordering from or require delivery outside of the UK, please contact me first. I will be happy to arrange this.

Not totally satisfied with your purchase

If for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then feel free to return your items. I offer a 30 day full refund, including the cost of return postage. Just fit the items back in the original or similar packaging and include a receipt for delivery costs. Please return to me using a service that includes insurance to the value of the items. On receipt of the items I will refund the total through Paypal or by cheque.
