Double lampshade commission

Here’s some images of a recent commission, which I completed and installed last week. Both lampshades have been turned from wych elm and measure approximately 13” diameter.

This project was a little different, as the circular white ceiling roses were required too. These were fitted to cover up some existing modifications to the plasterboard...

As with all the lampshades I make, they were supplied with Vintage Light Company fittings and some lengths of braided fabric cable…
